I started in this industry in 2008 as a carpenter's apprentice. In 2013 I moved on to running my own business, doing everything from tile and paint, to decks and kitchen remodels. I have since scaled back on the work I take on, focusing now on smaller jobs which range from an hour to two days worth of work. I pride myself on communication, having been repeatedly told by my customers that they were surprised I even called them back, or let them know I was running behind.
