The owners are Jim Bright and John Pavich. Jim brings 34 years experience in the collision repair and management business, and is well versed in both the hands on skills required to provide a great result and the intricacies of the flow between the insurance company, the customer, and the repair shop.
John has been a successful General Manager in other industries, and is looking forward to providing a level of customer service to Gold Standard clients that cannot be matched. With large corporat
ions taking over most facets of American business, true caring for the customer is becoming more rare every day. At Gold Standard, we have the highest level of respect for both our customers and for their vehicles, and will treat both in a manner demonstrating that respect. An accident which requires repairs to a vehicle is always an unpleasant situation; we do everything possible to make the events after the accident as smooth, worry free, and timely as they can be. And, no vehicle ever leaves the shop without either Jim or John doing a final inspection right down to the smallest details.
