At Digital Guard, we appreciate the fact that it’s not always convenient for our customers to be available for a new installation during the day Monday through Friday due to their work schedule or other conflicts. So, we are more than happy to accommodate your busy calendar by installing systems seven days a week.
24 / 7 / 365 On-Call Support . . . At Regular Service Rates!
It’s one thing to make the claim that our commitment to customer care is unrivaled among local alarm companies – it’s quite another to deliver on that promise. The fact that we are available 24 / 7 / 365 to provide emergency technical support by phone or on-site – and that we do not bilk you for additional charges for after-hours service – is proof positive.
Try calling another alarm dealer’s service department after 5pm or on a weekend and you’ll likely be dumped into their voicemail. In the unlikely event that you are lucky enough to have a technician respond on-site during non-traditional business hours, you’ll be handed an exorbitant bill that could reflect charges of double or triple their normal hourly service rate.
