PowerFit Bootcamp is a 1 hour, high energy, fat burning, strength training program for men and woman of all athletic abilities that will help you get results fast.
PowerFit Bootcamp’s mission is to encourage, motivate, and help people of all athletic abilities to become the best they can be, both physically and mentally.
Our program will help set you up for success! You will get a full body workout, while learning how to implement proper training techniques that will produce results. As you
are challenged to push through obstacles, you will learn the true meaning of perseverance.
During the hour-long PowerFit Bootcamp class you will get a full-body workout that will push you to the max.
Each class is broken down into 4 Cycles in 15 minute increments:
Cycle 1 – Warm up
Cycle2 – Upper Body
Cycle 3 – Lower Body
Cycle 4 – Combo/Cool Down
THE PROOF IS IN THE RESULTS!
A Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is given on the first Monday and Tuesday of each month. Testing includes a short sprint, push-ups, and sit-ups. It’s not a competition against others, but rather is intended to motivate and challenge you to achieve your personal best. This allows us to track each individual’s progress as they progress through the course.
All PowerFit Bootcamp classes are unlimited and may be taken at any time and location. We do suggest that clients attend classes a minimum of two days per week to get the full experience that will help each individual get the results they seek.
Our team of instructors will help each individual achieve their goals and produce results. Our focus is on you and we will be there each step of the way to encourage and motivate you towards success.
