Classy Transportation Services - What you should expect
1. It is customary to schedule your pickup time at the wedding and reception venues at least ½ hour before planned departure. This provides time for guests to view the wedd
ing car, ask questions and for the chauffeur to prepare the car for your departure.
2. It is customary to CHECK IN with who ever is in charge so they know you are there, unless the
venue is design such that everyone can see the car when it drives up. If we can’t find you, just look for us in the designated pickup location.
3. It is customary to ROLL OUT the red carpet when picking up or dropping off the bride,when picking up the bride & groom from the wedding and where it is appropriate to make a grand entrance or exit. The venue should lend itself to such a grand entrance or exit.
4. It is customary to FLY VIP (American or white or one of each) FLAGS when picking up the bride from home/hotel and taking her to the wedding and JUST MARRIED FLAGS, WINDOW STICKERS and TAGS when leaving the wedding.
5. It is customary to remind the bride & groom to remain seated while you prepare for their exit.
This means RED CARPET (if appropriate) and OPENING THE DOORS (mandatory). For the
Excalibur, the top should always be open half way for entering & exiting the vehicle unless it’s raining.
6. It is customary for the to remain OUT OF THE WAY while the photographer is taking pictures of the bride & groom with the car. Once pictures are complete, We will help the bride & groom in the car.
7. It is customary to offer bottled water & Ginger Ale to the bride & groom during the ride from wedding site.
8. It is customary to position the wedding car on the passenger side of the car (where possible).
9. It is customary to always blow the horn several times when exiting after the reception. This makes for a grand send-off and gets the guests involved as the bride & groom drive off.
10. It is customary for the chauffeur to remain with the car and answer any questions about the car for the wedding guests. Each of our cars has a unique history and this information usually makes for good conversation.
11. It is customary to offer some soft music (CD or Radio) during long trips ONLY. The volume is set low enough as to not interfere with the bride & groom conversation. You may suggest your favorite radio station or other music. We want to make your trip as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
