Corrective Exercises is based on the anatomical position of the body. It's not just focusing on weight, but keeping the joints in the correct alignment the skeletal system should be in. Similar to Physical Therapist, except I don't just look at the problem, I diagnose the body as a whole and find where the problem in coming from. So as we train, I focus on working the muscles that need to be strengthened, and stretching others that are inhibiting proper joint alignment. As we train I try to keep
