My approach as a personal trainer is to design a workout specific to the needs, limitations, and goals of each of my clients. I don't believe in cookie-cutter workouts. Each person is unique and what works for one may not work for another. So I work closely with each of my clients to determine what works best for them. In addition to my personal training certificate, I also hold a specialization in corrective exercise training which allows me to assess, identify, and treat clients who may have
muscular or joint pain due to injury or physiology.
Most of my sessions are done either in the client's home or outdoors at a park, and we use the equipment I bring or what the client has available. I like to create an atmosphere of comfortability where the client feels the desire to strive and challenge themselves without fear of judgement or pressure.
