I obtained my Master's in Social Work from Columbia University . This was my academic opening to further explore area's of special focus. I had many years of post-graduate training in Family and Couple's Therapy from The Minuchin Center for the Family as well as advanced training in Group Therapy from The Center for Group Studies.
In addition, I co-authored the book "Making Contact: The Therapist's Guide to Conducting A Successful First Interview" published by Allyn and Bacon 2006
