I'm not a full time business, but I do guarantee my repairs and if I fail to fix your problem I don't charge. I aim to give you the best advice possible when you're trying to build, buy, or repair a computer. I feel I charge fair rates that are cheaper than the big stores. I'm not college educated but I've grown up around computers, and have a very good understanding of them. If I can't fix your problem I'll tell you not try to bluff my way through.
