Sarabjit and Amit had an idea to create a restaurant that was more than a place that served great food, they decided on an idea which not very orthodox, trying to give its guests a unique countryside Cowboy experience made famous by umpteenth Hollywood movies. Hence the birth of Pin Me Down. They visualized a place where they could get no-nonsense food at great prices, and where they'd be treated right by people who had a passion to serve.
