I started my career in real estate in May 1989 when I took my first job as a leasing agent in Galveston to work my way through college. I was promoted quickly due to my ability to "sell a tent on the beach," as one of my clients once told me. By the time I was 21, I was managing a small community on the south side of Houston. That was when I knew I had found my career. I loved helping people find their "home" and have ever since. I received my real estate license in 1997 and started my career se
lling homes with Etheredge Real Estate in Texas City. You couldn't choose a better broker to work with than Bill Etheredge; He took me under his wing and soon I was winning office competitions for the most transactions. Bill taught me the love of commercial real estate and the importance of returning phone calls. Many things in Real Estate have change since 1997, but the basics stay the same; Honesty, Consistency and hard work. I returned to property management for a few years but recently have returned to my true love selling homes. Nothing gives me a sense of enjoyment like a closing of someone's 1st home. I truly share in their joy.
