Our Care Management Team consists of a Professional Care Manager, who is a full-time social worker or nurse, along with one or more Care Companions. All team members are employees of People’s Care — not independent contractors — and therefore highly committed to the job and to your loved one. In fact, we handle all payroll taxes, Workers’ Compensation and liability insurance, as well as bonding and licensing, so you can have peace of mind.

Our Care Process begins with a complimentary, comprehensive Care Assessment (a $500 value!).
