I have been a yoga practitioner for over 12 years. Yoga calms the mind, builds resilience in the face of challenges and helps us find balance. ody. Many of the jobs I do are one on one yoga therapy sessions. I have the training and the skills to understand what a client needs that day. Our bodies, thoughts and emotions are different from moment to moment, and day to day. Many people have a lot of stress in their lives and I teach them how to relax by using the breath.
