We offer yoga options for everyone including hot yoga, all-level vinyasa classes, and the only Guided Self Practice program in the Quad Cities area, teaching Ashtanga & Vinyasa Krama style yoga. We proudly offer 200 & 300-hour Teacher Training programs, workshops, bodywork, and counseling/therapy.
