RSF offers both personal training and daily boot camps for ages 13 to 40. Personal training is for extra help gaining, losing and maintaining weight buy reducing body fat and gaining muscle mass. Boot camp sessions are a daily activity and help with daily life. RSF offers military fit program for future service members (DEPs) active/reserved service members and veterans to prepare for boot camp physically, help lose gain weight withing DOD standards of each branch of service.
