The seedlings for Roof Top Sedums were planted in 2006, when co-owner Teresa Nelson collaborated on a green roof project with LiveRoof LLC in Michigan. This collaboration led to the opportunity to be a grower and promoter of the LiveRoof® Hybrid Green Roof System in the Midwest, and thus, Roof Top Sedums went from concept to reality in 2007. Teresa and her sister, Roxanne Nagel, decided to fill a void in the growing green roof industry, and in the process changed the industry as we know it!
