I offer a one-of-a-kind kickboxing workout on the Heavy Bag. I use a proprietary training method and program that is idea for losing weight (burning fat), toning muscles, strengthening your core, as well as developing coordination, balance, and athleticism. As the former owner of a UFC GYM, there was a lot that I didn't like about the group classes. I designed a unique "private class" utilizing the heavy bag where you don't just "exercise", but you learn and develop realistic skills at the same
time. The training System is a collection of 12 workout programs that you rotate through. No experience is required as I teach, train, and coach you through every single minute of the sessions. This is perfect for those who are at risk of weight-related ills, people who have not been able to enjoy exercising, people who like a lot of coaching and instruction, or people who want to learn how to defend themselves. Our training method is not your typical "cardio" or "fitness" kickboxing, but are the actual techniques you see used in world class boxing, MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, UFC, etc. You will never learn more techniques than is comprised of in this program. My main passion is helping people lose weight, increase their self esteem, and feel better about themselves. I only work with clients who need the training, not just someone who is a seasoned exerciser looking for a novel workout. I enjoy working with clients who I can do my best work with, who are motivated, and who are looking for a life change. Those clients inspire me and I like to reserve my time and energy for them!
