n how to move correctly with gymnastics movements ( squats, sit ups, push ups etc) then we will progress to moving external loads (kettlebells, sand bags etc). But we don't all need to back squat 400 pounds. I can bring all my own gear or if you have an in home gym we can utilize your gear. What if you don't have much room? All you need is enough room for you to be able lay on the floor. My goal is to help you reach your goals with everything from nutrition plans, fitness assessments and fitness plans on days we are not working together. I live in mill creek but will travel from Bellevue to Arlington deepening on the days of availability. I only have a few spaces open as I have recently lost a few clients due to them moving.
