At Armor Roof Services we have developed a rigorous inspection and management process to further aid homeowners in their roof investment. We offer semi-annual inspections, gutter cleaning, skylight cleaning, and more. You will also have photos and documentation after each inspection to aid in any future claim for your roof. This is information will be archived 3 ways: your copies, our copies, and online through offsite encrypted storage. These files will be available online at your request. ****************************************************** In addition to our maintenance contracts, all persons that have a standing maintenance agreement with Armor Roof Services will recieve discounts. Discounts on repairs, inspections, leak calls, and more. They will also recieve priority appointments. The base charge for first inspection and consultation is $50, depending on your location. For the first inspection you will recieve a detailed drawing of your roof with any problem areas noted, photos of problem areas, suggested repairs and priority or repairs, and cost analysis on repairs. ******************************************************* There are many benefits to having roof inspections performed, but the biggest is peace of mind, and that is what we at Armor Roof Services are here to provide. ******************************************************* Our company is ran by a husband/wife team. We have a total of three inspectors who have a combined knowledge of roofing of over 75 years. We also keep our customer to inspector ratio low so that we may properly service our customers with 100% satisfaction.
