We also furnish branded supplies for use in-house to their employees statewide - we work directly with the nurses, BOM's and Administrators to create/produce custom meal vouchers, rack cards, dry erase boards, uniform color code charts, gift certificates, flyers, post cards, referral lead cards, admissions handbooks, art for social media posts, and of course business cards, letterhead and envelopes! We've become a trusted partner of large health care groups in the state and we can put what we've learned with them to work for you. We've developed a system that ties all phases of the design & production process together seamlessly online. From the initial request for design/materials using our custom mobile and desktop web forms, through the proofing and edit process, all the way to production, shipping, (and even corporate expense reporting), we manage the details and keep things correct and on schedule. Every step is meticulously managed and coalesced in the cloud for easy consumption. Our system is scalable, and it's already serving thousands of users. All requests and proofs are handled via web/email and simple PDF's, so there's no learning curve for your staff to overcome to use our services. We work directly with vendors and make sure each step is moving along swiftly, and we pick up the phone the moment there's a problem with production somewhere. With our network of vendors, we can produce anything from a business card to a billboard, and typically get it shipping in just a few days. We generate reports showing who's ordering what so your business development and marketing teams can easily see where our effort is going and make quick decisions to shift resources when needed. We provide a custom web portal with up to the minute details of every order across your organization, showing the stage of development and including links to print-ready proofs and tracking details for every order that's in transit. Any of these data points can be incorporated into areas of your own website for quick sharing of information with teams. Our system is unique and purpose-built from the ground up. We build HIPAA-compliant web forms that can safely collect sensitive patient medical data (encrypting it from the user's home desktop), and transmit it across the internet to you.
